We create a digital asset record for each of your fire doors, applying a non-intrusive QR tag to each door. The QR tag enables access for anyone to the digital asset record, inspection history and compliance information.

In accordance with relevant British Standards and best practice our qualified inspectors complete a detailed 10-stage inspection process, encompassing over 60 checks, for each door.

All defects are logged via photographic or video evidence and safely stored within our digital management system. For each defect or repair noted a suggested repair technique is identified in accordance with a best practice repair / maintenance scheme. This enables independent third party contractors to quote for repair work at no extra cost.

Our intelligent software provides a dashboard that contains real-time insights on every door in your property. Enabling you to drill down into the detail per door, or review the information at a summary level. We also provide PDF reports, full data backup and API access when needed, all via a safe and secure server environment.

Our experienced and qualified team are able to provide additional services, including support with any fire door remediation or repair process. To do this we can create a performance specification for your required repairs, tender the project to a pre-vetted expert contractors, provide tender analysis and project manage the on site repair works.
